Intellectual Output 1 – Methodological Concept
The methodological concept provides the underpinning pedagogical foundation for the project. The partners jointly developed the conceptual framework, before carrying out a detailed practitioner consultation according to an agreed design specification.
Intellectual Output 2 – Matrix of Learning Competencies
This output comprises of a comprehensive technical competency map for the provision of vocational guidance for those who are low/unskilled and low/unqualified.
Intellectual Output 3 – Training Modules and Materials for Action Learning Sets, and Intellectual Output 4 – Learning Facilitators Guide
